Laure and Mathieu deliver a little aromatic bomb with this 100% Pinot Meunier blanc de noirs.

No malolactic fermentation to preserve the noble acidity of the grapes, and a passage in oak barrels for alcoholic fermentation and 3 years of ageing.

Unsurprisingly, it's a champagne of great complexity that you find once served. Stewed yellow fruit, lightly woody notes, vanilla and sweet spices are all present.
