Champagne Brisson Lahaye - La Fraternelle

Comment

This first champagne in the Brisson Lahaye range is a fresh cuvée with highly aromatic notes of yellow fruit.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or forgotten for a few years in the cellar to reveal more complex notes of stewed fruit.

A Brut (9 g/L) blend of Champagne's 3 grape varieties, with the emphasis on Pinot Meunier.

With this blend of the 3 great Champagne grape varieties, the Brisson Lahaye estate has created a classic. Pinot Meunier, which makes up the majority of the blend, expresses itself with highly aromatic yellow fruit notes that linger for a long time.

Best enjoyed young, this champagne also benefits from a few more years of cellaring. After a further 2 years, la Fraternelle will develop notes of stewed and candied fruit (yellow fruit compote followed by mirabelle plum or quince jam) with marked roasted aromas.

Aspect: Yellow color with golden highlights. The bubbles are fine and active, forming a beautiful string.

Nose: Fruity, with notes of fresh to slightly stewed yellow fruit.

Palate: This fresh, fruity champagne is a pleasure to taste, with its highly aromatic notes of fresh yellow fruit characteristic of Meunier. Its long finish is of the highest quality.

Contains sulfites
