This blanc de noirs is a racy Champagne with notes of ripe yellow fruit, spices, honey and mocha. This Champagne explodes on the palate, with a discreetly long finish.
True to the Brisson Lahaye style, this Champagne is made to be kept. You can drink it with great pleasure today, but the more patient among you can forget about it in the cellar for a few more years. Over time, it will gain aromas of stewed fruit, then jammy from the Meunier grape, and, at the same time, toasty, then roasted aromas, the normal evolution of Pinot Noir.
