A vinous rosé with a long finish. Ideal for lovers of red fruit and wild berry notes.
This Premier Cru will accompany you from aperitif through to dessert.
A Premier Cru Brut (6 g/L) rosé dominated by Chardonnay and punctuated by notes of wild strawberries.
L'Arrogante, by Brisson Lahaye, is a champagne of character, partially aged in oak barrels. Marked by red fruit aromas, it nevertheless possesses a fine tension that is balanced by its Brut dosage. Viney and long on the palate, this is a champagne for meals, capable of accompanying both an aperitif and a farmhouse veal chop. At the end of the meal, it will enhance your desserts with tasty notes.
With an ageing potential of 5 to 7 years, you can choose your moment of tasting according to your tastes. A few more years of ageing will change the color of this cuvée to orange. Notes of dried apricots, prunes and cherries in brandy will appear. On the other hand, the long finish that characterizes this cuvée will remain intact.
A rosé for every occasion.
Aspect: Ruby pink in color, with slight rusty highlights. Fine bubbles forming a persistent string.
Nose: Fresh and complex, with notes of red fruit, it is very lightly oaked.
