1. Objetivo

This policy explains how customer reviews are collected, moderated, published and stored on our website in a transparent and honest way.

2. Collecting Reviews

Reviews can be submitted in two ways:

• after receiving an invitation by email following a purchase,

• or directly by the customer on the product page.

All customers may be invited to leave a review — there is no selection of only positive reviewers.

No reward, discount or compensation is offered in exchange for a review.

If a review is written by someone who received the product as a gift or was paid to talk about it, this will be clearly stated.

3. Verification of Reviews

We do not verify whether the author of a review has actually purchased or used the product.

Reviews rely on the customer’s self-declaration.

4. Moderation

We apply light moderation. A review may be rejected or removed only if it:

contains insults, hate speech, defamatory or discriminatory content,

has no relation to the product or is incoherent,

is submitted by bots, fake accounts or for purely commercial/promotional purposes.

Negative reviews are never deleted or hidden because of their content.

5. Publication, Display & Retention

All relevant reviews, positive or negative, are published.

Reviews are not modified, hidden or deleted for marketing/image purposes.

Reviews are displayed in chronological order, from newest to oldest (unless the user chooses another filter).

There is no maximum publication delay, and no time limit for how long a review stays online.

Reviews may remain visible indefinitely, unless removed based on the moderation rules above.

6. Transparency

If a review is based on a gifted product or paid collaboration, this will be mentioned.

We do not buy, alter or artificially prioritise reviews.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time to remain compliant with French and European regulations.
