Champagne Sébastien Daviaux has been established in Chouilly, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, for four generations. Each of the family's winegrowers has, in his own way, contributed to the evolution of this family estate while preserving its authentic values. Deeply attached to its terroir, the House has closely linked its destiny to Chardonnay, the emblematic grape variety of the Côte des Blancs.
Strengthened by this heritage, and after years of collaboration with his parents, Sébastien Daviaux took the reins of the estate in 2014. This is how Champagne Ph. Daviaux-Quinet was renamed Champagne Sébastien Daviaux.
But if the brand has evolved, the champagnes produced by the family have not. With a magnificent parcel of land planted on the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, Sébastien Daviaux intends to perpetuate the family tradition. While improving the elaboration of the champagnes with modern techniques, he makes sure to keep the traditional practices which are advantageous.
