For Switzerland and the United Kingdom taxes and customs fees may be requested by the carrier before delivery.

The shipment of the products will be made after payment and validation by Champagne-Terroir. Orders are generally processed between 24 and 48 hours after payment.
A surcharge may apply for hard-to-reach areas. This supplement is shown after entering the address.
Shipping costs are calculated per winemaker, not on the total amount of your order.
Each winemaker ships directly from their estate, ensuring optimal storage conditions for the champagnes until dispatch.
Delivery is free for orders of 6 bottles or more from the same winemaker within mainland France, and from 12 bottles for Zone 1 countries (Germany, Italy, Spain,..).
If your order includes champagnes from multiple winemakers, shipping costs apply separately to each shipment.

- 3 to 5 working days for delivery within mainland France
- 3 to 7 working days for delivery to other European countries

Yes, we deliver champagne to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
According to local regulations, taxes and customs fees may be requested by the carrier before delivery.

Yes, absolutely.
You can order several champagnes from different winemakers.
As each winemaker ships directly from their cellar, you will receive several separate deliveries, with shipping costs calculated individually.
Absolutely. You can choose to have champagne delivered as a gift to an address other than your own.
No invoice is included in the parcel, it is sent only by email to the purchaser.
You can also add a personalized message to accompany your gift.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can then track your champagne delivery in real time on the carrier’s website.
If your champagne delivery arrives damaged or if a bottle is broken, please contact us promptly at contact@champagne-terroir.fr with a photo of the parcel.
We will work with you to find the most suitable solution : replacement, refund, or a commercial gesture, depending on the situation.
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your champagne delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Please contact us before returning any items so we can organize the process under the best possible conditions.
