Deliveries and returns Champagne Terroir Champagne Terroir delivers to metropolitan France and Corsica but also to: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

For shipments to other countries, please contact us at contact@champagne-terroir.com for a customized shipping solution.

The shipment of the products will be made after payment and validation by Champagne-Terroir. Orders are generally processed between 24 and 48 hours after payment.

Perfectly protected bottles

To best meet the safety requirements of our champagnes during transport, Champagne Terroir takes particular care to protect our packages. Indeed, we only use cardboard boxes specifically designed for postal shipments of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 bottles.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together as shipping fees must be paid separately. Your package is shipped at your own risk. The carrier is responsible for your package from the date it is taken over by the said carrier. The packages are oversized and protected.

Free shipping offered by Champagne Terroir does not exclude possible shipping costs in the event of the reshipment of the order.
