L'Immuable is a champagne that develops aromas of white flowers with a hint of honey and a lovely freshness.

A more complex version of la Fraternelle with good ageing potential of up to 10 years.

Chardonnay for freshness and elegance, Pinot Noir for structure.

Our winemakers offer us a radically different approach with this second Brut (6 g/L) champagne in the range.

Definitely more complex than la Fraternelle, l'Immuable is slightly evolved on the palate, with notes of honeyed white flowers. This touch of complexity is backed up by a lovely freshness that carries the wine through to the long finish.

The most complicated thing about this cuvée is knowing what to do with it. Should we open it today in its youth and enjoy it in good company, or wait a few more years? Its profile suggests that it can be kept for up to 10 years. After a few winters in the cellar, l'Immuable will evolve towards more assertive notes of honey and buttery aromas.

Whatever your choice may be, this champagne can be opened today as an aperitif, but also to accompany a meal, served with poultry (capon with apples, duck legs in champagne sauce) or a platter of mild cheeses (chaource, crottins de chèvre, beaufort and comté).

A gourmet champagne at an affordable price!

Aspect: Pale yellow with fine, elegant bubbles and a persistent string.

Nose: Fine and honest with floral notes.

Palate: Equal to the nose with notes of white flowers, very slightly honeyed, with a lovely freshness and pleasant long finish.

Contains sulfites
