The Bouzy terroir, a Grand Cru like no other

Bouzy is one of the most iconic villages of the Montagne de Reims. Classified 100% Grand Cru, it offers an outstanding environment for Pinot Noir, the region’s signature grape. With its south-facing slopes, chalky soil and steep incline, it produces bold, structured wines with great personality.

This is where the Henry family tends its vines, respecting the character of each plot and the balance of the land. There is no stylistic overreach here — each cuvée is crafted to reflect the terroir with discipline and restraint.

A precise and understated style, true to Bouzy

In recent years, Marc-Antoine Henry has brought a more personal vision to this historic terroir. Trained beyond Champagne but deeply attached to his roots, he has refined the winemaking approach, introduced zero dosage cuvées, and developed a clear, coherent range.

The Rémi Henry style is above all defined by precision and balance. Chardonnay brings freshness and lift, gently complementing the generosity of Pinot Noir. The blends are focused, expressive, and always driven by the natural tension of the Bouzy terroir.

A clear and well-structured Grand Cru range

The Rémi Henry range covers a wide aromatic palette, exclusively sourced from Bouzy Grand Cru vineyards. Each cuvée offers a unique perspective on the village’s terroir, always with clarity and authenticity.

Lovers of dry champagnes will appreciate three Brut Nature cuvées, each with a distinct character and crafted with no dosage to highlight purity and definition. The Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs bring more classic interpretations, still with the same pursuit of harmony and finesse.

A clean and uncompromising approach.

The Collection Âge d’or: a living memory of the terroir

The Collection Âge d’or reveals another dimension of the estate, that of long aging, deep cellaring and patient craftsmanship.

Each cuvée in this series is tied to a single vintage, matured for many years at the domaine before release. Some date back more than two decades, and several are offered in magnum to enhance their complexity.

Very few grower-producers in Bouzy offer such long-aged champagnes, especially in large formats. These rare wines tell the story of a place, a year, and the meticulous care behind every bottle.

Not just collector’s items, these are champagnes for true moments of emotion.
