A powerful, oak-aged champagne. Very well-balanced, la Distinguée Extra-Brut (4 g/L) develops aromas of yellow fruit and gingerbread.
Enjoy it for pleasure, or match it with your best ideas.
This first Extra-Brut in the Brisson Lahaye range is a powerful wine.
The Pinot Noir, with its hints of complexity, enriches the Chardonnay, which reveals notes of citrus and ripe yellow fruit.
Like all Brisson Lahaye champagnes, la Distinguée is built to age. The most impatient can enjoy this cuvée today as an aperitif. For the more patient among you, a few more years will allow this champagne to evolve towards buttery, honeyed, vanilla notes, even sprinkled with roasted touches.
Aspect: Slightly golden yellow. Its fine mousse gives rise to a lovely string.
Nose: Complex, slightly honeyed, with notes of citrus and yellow fruit.
Palate: All the aromas perceived on the nose come through with great power. This well-balanced champagne retains long-lasting notes of yellow fruit and gingerbread on the finish.
Contains sulfites
