Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) sent to the following address:

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided below (download), but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the right of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods to our warehouse in Ay (TCE, Rue de l’Industrie – Ay 51160 – France). The items must be properly packaged, in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
