A ripe and expressive 2015, where the structure of Pinot Noir meets the elegance of extended ageing.

The 2015 vintage was marked by warm, dry conditions and healthy, fully ripened grapes across Champagne. Early flowering, a hot summer and clean harvests led to wines with generous fruit and structure — made to age and to shine at the table.

This cuvée is made from 40- to 50-year-old vines in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, with a majority of Pinot Noir. Grapes are hand-selected parcel by parcel, yielding a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.

Vinification is evenly split between stainless steel tanks, which preserve freshness, and oak barrels, which add depth and texture. After 7 years of lees ageing, the wine reveals a rich and harmonious profile. The low Extra-Brut dosage complements the maturity of the vintage without masking its purity.

A warm and structured Champagne, ideal for festive aperitifs or elegant pairings with seafood, white fish or roast poultry.
