This cuvée signed Gaston Collard is a fresh and fruity biodynamic champagne.
It is made of grapes from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy, renowned for the maturity of its Pinots Noir.
This cuvée is blended from freshly harvested Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot Noir (90%). This wine of the year is completed by an addition of reserve wine (20%) which gives it a beautiful complexity.
It benefits from an ageing period of 15 to 24 months in the cellar and a residual sugar content of 1 g/l which enhances the richness of its aromas.
The result is a champagne in the pure style of the Gaston Collard family house. It combines freshness and vivacity while developing the aromas of its terroir.
Like biodynamic champagnes, this cuvée will surprise you with the intensity of its aromas.
A perfect champagne for the aperitif!
We recommend it to accompany tapas, dried tomatoes and tapenades. Gourmet lovers can serve it with oysters or a seafood platter.
Aspect: pale yellow with a beautiful string of bubbles.
Nose: concentrated fruit aromas.
Palate: rich aromas of the terroir which blend in the mouth and reveal themselves on the crunchy fruits.
Contains sulfites
