Champagne Gaston Collard - Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru
This 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru is a powerful and aromatic champagne.
This cuvée is made of old Pinot Noir vines cultivated biodynamically. The low yields of these vines allow Cyril Collard, our winemaker, to obtain grapes with an exceptional aromatic concentration.
This champagne is half vinified in vats, and half in barrels. This blend of wines allows it to combine the aromatic finesse provided by the vat with the robust structure of the barrel.
It benefits from 20 to 24 months of ageing in the cellar, which allows it to refine its aromas and enhance its extra raw sugar content (5 g/l).
The result is a powerful, structured champagne with aromas of pear and hazelnut. Like biodynamic champagnes, this cuvée will surprise you with its length in the mouth.

A true gourmet champagne, it goes wonderfully well with white meats, particularly Bresse poultry with Champagne and its vegetables. We also recommend it with Comté or Beaufort cheese.
Aspect: deep yellow, fine bead of bubbles.
Nose: releases aromas of pears and hazelnuts.
Palate: powerful and structured, it develops a very good length in the mouth.
