This champagne Bouzy coteau is a fine and delicate wine.

The Bouzy village is renowned as one of the terroirs producing some of the finest still wines in Champagne.

This coteau signed Gaston Collard is made of Pinot Noir grapes from a plot known as "Vaudayants". The old vines which develop there (60 years) produce grapes of an exceptional aromatic concentration.

This no-sulphur-added champagne coteau was aged in barrel for 24 months.

The result is a structured wine with cherry and morello cherry aromas. It stands out for its long finish, a sign of a very high quality vintage.

Champagne coteaux are very rare wines in Champagne and are only made in the greatest years.

Cyril Collard has only produced 400 bottles of this coteau.

A very rare and high quality wine!

Aspect: ruby red.

Nose: red fruit aromas.

Palate: long and structured. It opens with red fruit notes (cherries and morello cherries).
