This Bouzy champagne coteau is a fresh and elegant wine.
The Bouzy village is renowned as one of the terroirs producing some of the most beautiful coteaux in Champagne.

It is made of Chardonnays from two parcels, called "Julienne" and "Grand Bacot". It has been vinified in oak barrels previously used in the famous estates of Chassagne and Chablis. This Champagne coteau has therefore benefited from vinification in barrels impregnated with high quality wines.
It then benefited from a long ageing period of 36 months.
This wine is neither fined nor filtered. It is therefore a wine with a 100% natural colour.

This white coteau is a wine that will surprise you! It develops buttery and brioche aromas, almost milky.

This family estate is located on the Grand Cru de Bouzy terroir.

Amandine and Cyril Collard have been making biodynamic champagnes there since 2012. Their vines benefit from the ideal conditions offered by this exceptional terroir, known for the magnificent maturity of its Pinot Noirs.

This confidential estate of less than 2 hectares produces champagnes with a style that combines freshness, vivacity and richness of aromas.
