This maceration rosé is a powerful and fine champagne.
It is made from a single plot of land called "la Haie de la Hue", located in the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. This village on the Reims mountain is renowned for the maturity of its Pinot Noir grapes.
This 100% Pinot Noir has been aged for 5 years in the cellar.
It is therefore an extra brut (3 g/L) champagne, both fine and powerful. This delicious rosé will surprise you with the power of its strawberry and raspberry aromas, as well as its length in the mouth.
A magnificent rosé de saignée!
This rosé is ideal for your festive aperitifs and dinners.
We recommend this gastronomic champagne with fine charcuterie or grilled meats. It will also go perfectly with a red fruit based dessert.
Aspect: Raspberry pink color, deep red, fine bubbles and delicate collar.
Nose: thin and powerful.
Palate: strawberry and raspberry will delight your taste buds. Very good aromatic persistence.
