A characterful rosé, where the intensity of Bouzy Rouge meets the bright fruit of a Grand Cru blend.

This Brut Rosé is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, grown organically and biodynamically on the slopes and plains of Bouzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.

It is blended with 10% of the estate’s Bouzy Rouge, a still red wine produced in small quantities, which brings a delicate fruit structure to the cuvée without overpowering it.

Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, the wine is aged between 18 and 30 months in bottle. The Brut dosage adds roundness and balance, making for a supple and enjoyable texture.

The result is a crisp, expressive rosé with notes of wild strawberries and redcurrants, finishing with a touch of blackcurrant. A versatile Champagne, perfect for festive aperitifs or warm fish dishes.

This family estate is located on the Grand Cru de Bouzy terroir.

Amandine and Cyril Collard have been making biodynamic champagnes there since 2012. Their vines benefit from the ideal conditions offered by this exceptional terroir, known for the magnificent maturity of its Pinot Noirs.

This confidential estate of less than 2 hectares produces champagnes with a style that combines freshness, vivacity and richness of aromas.
