You don’t often come across a 100% Chardonnay in Bouzy, a Grand Cru village best known for its powerful, sun-drenched Pinot Noirs. And yet, it is precisely here, from the Juliennes and Grand Bacot plots, that this Blanc de Blancs draws its singular character.

Grown with organic and biodynamic practices, this wine reveals another side of Bouzy Grand Cru: a pure, linear and delicate expression of Chardonnay. Fermentation and ageing in oak, a hallmark of the estate’s style, bring a silky texture and subtle complexity without weighing the wine down.

After 5 years of ageing on lees, it opens with aromas of fresh white fruits, citrus peel and sweet almond. The low Extra-Brut dosage highlights its natural freshness and chalky length.

A refined and clean-cut Blanc de Blancs, perfect as an aperitif or with shellfish and white-fleshed fish.
