A 1995 champagne in magnum, with notes of stewed fruit, toasted bread, and soft cinnamon.

A well-balanced and expressive vintage.
1995 marked a return to favorable weather after several challenging years. Ripening conditions were excellent, producing healthy grapes with good concentration and maturity.

This 1995 Grand Cru from Bouzy was aged for nearly 30 years in magnum. Today, it reveals a delicate mousse, soft texture, and evolved, gourmand aromatics. On the nose: cooked fruit, lightly toasted bread, and a final note of cinnamon. The palate is broad and velvety, with a persistent and spiced finish.

The Collection Âge d’Or, A Reading of Time
This unique collection allows you to compare the same cuvée (50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay, Grand Cru from Bouzy), crafted the same way each year. Vinified in stainless steel, precisely dosed, and aged for at least 10 years on lees before release.
A rare approach in Champagne: here, only the vintage changes. Each bottle reflects a single year, its climate, and the winemaker’s interpretation.
Produced in small quantities from Bouzy’s Grand Cru terroir, this champagne embodies the living memory of a unique site and the savoir-faire passed down over three generations.

Bottled in magnum, the reference format for long-aged champagne, this 1995 has gained in balance, texture, and complexity.
