A mature champagne with notes of stewed fruit, caramel, and delicate brioche.

A straight and harmonious vintage.
The 2010 growing season was marked by contrast: heavy rainfall during flowering reduced yields, but also concentrated quality, especially in the Pinot Noir.

In Bouzy, on the southern slope of the Montagne de Reims, this vintage produced healthy, ripe, and expressive grapes, with a beautiful balance between richness and freshness.

Now fully mature, this 2010 Grand Cru reveals a soft, rounded texture with aromas of stewed yellow fruits, delicate caramel, and light brioche. The palate is velvety and subtle, with a fresh, saline finish.

The Collection Âge d’Or, A Reading of Time
This unique collection allows you to compare the same cuvée (50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay, Grand Cru from Bouzy) crafted in the same way, year after year. Vinified in stainless steel and precisely dosed, it spends a minimum of 10 years ageing on lees in the estate’s cellars before release.
A rare approach in Champagne: here, only the vintage makes the difference. Each bottle becomes the pure reflection of a year, a climate, and the vigneron’s patient interpretation.
Produced in small quantities from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy, this champagne is the living memory of a singular site and the know-how passed down through three generations of the Henry family.

Bottled in magnum, the benchmark format for long-aged champagnes, this 2010 has gained finesse, length, and complexity over time.
