This vintage Blanc de Noirs reveals another expression of Bouzy’s Pinot Noir: fuller, more vinous, more textured.
Made from the 2019 harvest, this 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru was vinified and aged in 500L oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, preserving a beautiful natural freshness.
Oak – rarely used at the estate – brings here an extra layer of complexity and silky structure.

A champagne for lovers of depth and evolved aromas, with a profile that blends ripe fruit, toasted and spicy notes, and a long, generous finish echoing dried fruits and noble wood.
