Rémi Henry chose to vinify the 2022 harvest without malolactic fermentation, preserving the grape’s natural energy. This vintage, marked by a fine balance between ripeness and freshness, gives rise to a vibrant, focused Champagne where the Chardonnay fully expresses its liveliness.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks enhances the wine’s purity and crystalline profile. The measured Brut dosage subtly highlights the wine’s balance, without masking its natural tension.

A Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs rarely seen in Bouzy. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with bright, iodine-rich dishes: oysters, sashimi, ceviche.
