In a region known for Pinot Noir, Delphine Brulez crafts a vintage blend champagne, gracefully matured over time.
From the 2013 harvest - a cool, late year that shaped a more taut and chiselled profile than the estate’s solar vintages - this Brut Nature is made from kimmeridgian marls in Noé-les-Mallets.
Bottled in magnum, the ideal format for slow, harmonious ageing, it now reveals great aromatic purity, marked mineral tension and a layered complexity.

A racy champagne, designed for gastronomy and cellaring.

A vintage magnum champagne from Kimmeridgian terroir, gracefully matured over time: tension, elegance and complexity.

The A l’Aube 2013 cuvée comes from the historic slope of the Louise Brison estate in Noé-les-Mallets: an 8-hectare south/southeast-facing plot rising to 320 metres altitude.
The subsoil is highly complex, alternating between kimmeridgian marl and other calcareous or clay layers.
Delphine Brulez has acquired an intimate knowledge of this terrain through extensive core sampling and soil pits, informing her choices both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

The 2013 vintage posed a real challenge: a rainy year, late October harvest and meticulous hand sorting required to ensure quality.
The result: juice with preserved acidity, precise fruit, and a tauter profile than the estate’s solar vintages.

The blend - 50 % Pinot Noir for body and structure, 50 % Chardonnay for tension and elegance - was fermented and aged for 9 months in oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation.
It then underwent long lees ageing in magnum, the ideal format for slower aromatic development, finer bubbles, and greater ageing potential.

Released as a Brut Nature (0 g/l), A l’Aube 2013 Magnum offers a complex, racy expression of Noé-les-Mallets’ terroir.
A gastronomic champagne, perfect with refined cuisine.
