A Champagne for ageing, shaped by wood and time, built around the Pinot Noir / Chardonnay balance.

The À l’Aube cuvée is the heart of the Louise Brison range. Like all the estate's cuvées, it is 100% vintage, aged in barrels, and designed to evolve over time. The terroir of Noé-les-Mallets, with Kimmeridgian marl and Portalian limestone, gives the wines structure and great aging potential.

The blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay is crafted to highlight the balance between the fleshiness of Pinot Noir and the tension of Chardonnay, a grape variety that Delphine Brulez claims as central to this terroir.
The 2020 vintage in the Aube is distinguished by full maturity and a beautiful aromatic purity. After a hot summer punctuated by cooler nights, the grapes combine concentration and freshness, resulting in balanced, expressive wines with great aging potential.

The result: a full-bodied, ripe, and saline champagne with aromas of yellow fruits and fine pastry, with a straight and tense finish. A refined and gastronomic style, designed for food pairings and aging.
