A characterful rosé de macération, vintage and vinified without compromise, offering a pure interpretation of Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar.

This 2020 Rosé de la Côte des Bar comes from the historic slope of the Louise Brison estate, in Noé-les-Mallets: an 8-hectare south / southeast-facing vineyard, peaking at 320 metres above sea level.

The subsoil here is highly complex, alternating Kimmeridgian marl, limestone, and clay deposits. Delphine Brulez has an in-depth knowledge of the land, built through core sampling and soil pit analysis, guiding both vineyard practices and winemaking.

This 100% Pinot Noir macerated for 4 days reveals a singular expression of the grape on a terroir with strong limestone influence.

The 2020 vintage in the Aube is notable for its full maturity and aromatic clarity. After a hot summer tempered by cooler nights, the grapes achieved both concentration and freshness, yielding balanced, expressive wines with great ageing potential.

The winemaking is deliberately rigorous: no malolactic fermentation, 8 months in oak barrels, unfiltered. This precision work reveals the aromatic complexity of Pinot Noir while preserving the fruit’s freshness.

Bottled Brut Nature (0 g/l), this 2020 Rosé expresses remarkable purity and length on the palate. A gastronomic rosé, made for daring food pairings: Asian cuisine, roast poultry, pink meats.
