In a region known for Pinot Noir, Delphine Brulez here crafts a 100 % Pinot Noir rosé de macération with great personality.
Made from the 2019 harvest - a sunny vintage saved by cool September nights - this Brut Nature comes from kimmeridgian marl soils in Noé-les-Mallets.
Aged for 8 months in oak barrels and unfiltered, it now offers a gastronomic rosé profile: ample, structured, and with great aromatic purity.

A singular champagne, designed to pair with refined dishes.

A characterful maceration rosé, vintage and uncompromisingly crafted, offering a pure expression of Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar.

This Rosé de la Côte des Bar 2019 comes from the historic slope of the Louise Brison estate in Noé-les-Mallets: an 8-hectare south/southeast-facing plot rising to 320 metres altitude.
The subsoil is highly complex, alternating between kimmeridgian marl and other calcareous or clay deposits.
Delphine Brulez has gained an intimate understanding of this terroir through extensive core sampling and soil pits, which guide her viticultural and winemaking choices.

This 100 % Pinot Noir rosé de macération (4 days) reveals a unique expression of the grape on a limestone-dominated terroir.
The 2019 vintage, warm and sunny, delivered very ripe grapes, balanced by the cool nights of September.
An ideal balance for producing a rosé of great character, between generosity and tension.

Vinification follows an exacting approach: no malolactic fermentation, aged for 8 months in oak barrels, and unfiltered.
This precise work enhances the aromatic complexity of Pinot Noir while preserving the freshness of the fruit.

Released as a Brut Nature (0 g/l), this 2019 Rosé now delivers great purity and fine length on the palate.
A gastronomic rosé, ideal for bold pairings: Asian cuisine, roast poultry, pink meats.
