The Étincelles Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional vintage champagne.

This Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay (26%), the most common white grape variety in Champagne, Petit Meslier (37%), Pinot Blanc (24%) and Arbane (13%). These last three varieties are extremely rare in Champagne (less than 0.3% of the vineyard) and are only grown by a handful of winemakers. Blended in this atypical cuvée, they give it an unrivalled depth and aromatic range.

This extra brut cuvée (4 g/l) was vinified and aged in oak barrels for 36 months. Malolactic fermentation was triggered to soften the natural acidity of this Blanc de Blancs and develop its body.

L'Étincelle 2018 is a delicate cuvée, worthy of a gourmet champagne. It is a complex wine with very fine bubbles and notes of roasted hazelnuts.

A champagne of exception and passion!

Serve it with a filet of Saint-Pierre, with cheeses or just for pleasure.

Aspect: deep yellow with a fine string of bubbles.

Nose: complex notes of hazelnut and vanilla.

Palate: fresh, delicate, and very fine. The length develops hazelnut aromas accompanied by mineral notes.

Contains sulfites
