A Brut with controlled balance, between floral freshness and immediate fruitiness.

Carte Blanche Brut embodies the estate's approach: a winemaker's champagne, accessible, generous, and true to its terroir.

This cuvée highlights a blend of four Champagne grape varieties. Pinot Noir provides the structure and depth of the wine, while Chardonnay imparts freshness and brilliance. The rare Pinot Blanc brings a beautiful liveliness and a delicate floral note, while Pinot Meunier, original for the Côte des Bar, rounds out the ensemble with its fruity indulgence.

The blend includes 50% reserve wines, which enrich the cuvée with complexity and depth. The winemaking process, between tradition and precision, gives birth to a harmonious, straightforward, and immediately pleasing wine.

From clay-limestone soils and vines about thirty years old, this Brut offers a discreet mineral tension that supports the freshness of the fruit. The Brut dosage at 9 g/L enhances the wine's natural indulgence while maintaining balance.

Carte Blanche is enjoyed as an aperitif but also pairs very well with a light starter, marinated fish, or soft cheese.

Champagne Michel Furdyna

This estate is located in the south of the Champagne region, in an area renowned for the quality of its Pinot Noirs: the Côte des Bar.

This is where the Furdyna family produces exceptional champagnes, blended from grape varieties that have become extremely rare in Champagne, such as Pinot Blanc, Arbane, and Petit Meslier.
