Comment

This rosé signed Michel Furdyna is a sweet and greedy champagne.

It is a champagne made from Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of southern Champagne, known for its intense fruit aromas.

The Bonbon Rosé is obtained from a maceration of 72 to 92 hours, then blended before being vinified in stainless steel tanks. It is matured on slats for 24 months before being offered to you for tasting.

Its greedy dosage, 34 g/l (sweet), highlights its opulent aromas: wild strawberries, raspberries, and red currants.

The sweetness of this champagne is ideal to accompany a dessert based on red fruits.

A tender sweetness for your taste buds!

Aspect: rose saumon.

Nose: notes intenses de fruits des bois.

Palate: très gourmandes sur les fruits des bois : fraises, framboises et groseilles. La sucrosité de cette cuvée est idéale pour réveiller les papilles en fin de repas.
