Comment

The La Loge is a plot-based cuvée with a remarkable aromatic range, a powerful and intense Blanc de Noirs champagne.

It is made from the oldest plot of Pinot Noir in Michel Furdyna's vineyard. This vintage is made from grapes of the 2014 harvest, a very good year for the Furdyna vines.

This brut cuvée (8.5 g/l) was vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for 84 months on slats before being offered for tasting.

It is a champagne with complex and fruity aromas (pear, peach, green apple, pineapple). It unveils brioche, honey, and biscuit notes, before opening on a beautiful length with a hint of vanilla.

A real delight of an old vintage!

To be enjoyed as an aperitif or during a meal with a leg of lamb, a filet mignon, or a strong cheese.

Aspect: beautiful golden colour.

Nose: complex and powerful.

Palate: fresh fruit aromas (pear, peach, green apple, pineapple) backed by an aromatic complexity (brioche, honey, and biscuit).

Contains sulfites

Michel Furdyna Champagne in a few words

This estate is located in the south of the Champagne region, in an area renowned for the quality of its Pinot Noirs: the Côte des Bar.

This is where the Furdyna family produces exceptional champagnes, blended from grape varieties that have become extremely rare in Champagne, such as Pinot Blanc, Arbane, and Petit Meslier.

Michel Furdyna's champagnes are an invitation to rediscover champagne through atypical blends, each more seductive than the next!
