A generous vintage revealed with precision and maturity.

The 2004 vintage offered a generous and beautifully balanced harvest. A temperate summer followed by a sunny September allowed for optimal ripeness, ideal for creating fine, harmonious champagnes.

Made from equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this cuvée comes from south/southeast-facing clay-limestone slopes at 320 m altitude in Noé-les-Mallets. The Kimmeridgian terroir imparts freshness and a mineral backbone that helps the wine evolve gracefully.

Vinified and aged 8 months in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, the wine was then aged for many years in bottle and disgorged with zero dosage to preserve its natural balance.

Today, it charms with its quiet maturity, dried fruit aromas, preserved freshness, and clean, elegant minerality. A wine for lovers of evolved champagne, where vintage and terroir speak clearly.
