A biodynamic and vintage Champagne, where the five Champagne grape varieties compose an aromatic symphony.

With Fleur de Lune, Erick Schreiber crafts a singular cuvée designed for special occasions.
This Brut 2018 embodies the boldness of a committed winemaker who combines biodynamics with an unprecedented blend.

Sourced from the slopes of the Seine Valley in the Aube, this Champagne - exceptionally - brings together all five grape varieties authorised in Champagne, a deliberate choice by the winemaker.
Pinot Noir provides depth and structure, while Chardonnay adds finesse and brightness.
Pinot Gris, a rare variety, enhances roundness on the palate, alongside Pinot Meunier - particularly uncommon in this part of the Côte des Bar.
Finally, Pinot Blanc, an ancestral white variety, brings lively freshness and additional vibrancy to the blend.

The 2018 vintage, both sunny and harmonious, allowed each grape to fully express itself.
Partial oak ageing (70%), followed by cork ageing, gives the cuvée great breadth, texture, and remarkable depth.
The Brut dosage (3.12 g/L) highlights this complexity while preserving the wine’s energy.

Fleur de Lune is best enjoyed as a gastronomic wine: as a refined aperitif, with fine fish, coq au Champagne with truffle, or a signature dish.
It deserves to be served between 8 and 10°C, in a glass wide at the base and tapered at the top to reveal its full aromatic palette.
