The Tradition Brut vintage signed Erick Schreiber is a fruity and gourmet champagne.
Made from black grape varieties (Pinot Noir 91%, Pinot Meunier 5%) and a minority of white grape varieties (Pinot Blanc 3%, Chardonnay 1%), it was vinified exclusively from grapes from vines cultivated in biodynamic.
A subtle blend of several years of harvests from different terroirs, the Tradition Erick Schreiber cuvée is aged in the cellar for 6 years and partially passed in oak casks (20%) before being offered to you for tasting.
The sugar dosage (5.33g / l) reveals all the potential of this champagne, both fruity and robust, while maintaining great freshness.
A champagne at all times, to drink now or to keep for several years!
Aspect: golden yellow.
Nose: mixed fruits of a very nice freshness.
Palate: fruity, robust, gourmet, but keeping a great flexibility and a lot of freshness.
Contains sulfites
