Erick Schreiber's Rosé Brut is a fruity, gourmet champagne.
This rosé, referred to as "de saignée", is exclusively made from Pinot Noirs stemming from vines cultivated in Biodynamic methods.
When fully ripe, this Erick Schreiber Rosé Brut champagne is the result of a subtle balance between the structure of the Pinot Noir and the aromas of red fruits. Its aftertaste is remarkable for its length and finesse.
The sugar content of this champagne (4.19g/l) makes it ideal for aperitifs with friends. It will also be a marvellous accompaniment to smoked salmon, lobster or dessert served with very low sugar fruit tarts.
A delight for the eyes and the mouth to be experienced now!
Aspect: pink salmon.
Nose: fresh with red fruit aromas.
Palate: subtle balance between the structure of the pinot noir and the aromas of red and candied fruits. It has a remarkable finish, full of finesse.
