Erick Schreiber's Extra Brut cuvée is a fresh and aromatic champagne. It is the result of a subtle blend of the best Pinot Noirs (78%) of the year and champagne wines aged in casks (12% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Blanc, 2% Pinot Meunier).

Made exclusively from grapes grown using Biodynamic methods, Erick Schreiber Extra Brut Champagne is aged for 6 years in the cellar and partially aged in oak casks (65%) before being presented to you for tasting.

The Extra Brut dosage of this wine (2.10g/l) allows it to express a fine bouquet with great aromatic complexity. It will surprise you with its long-lasting taste, inherited from the time spent in casks.

An indispensable aperitif, the Extra Brut cuvée can also accompany a whole meal with poultry, white meat or fish with sauce. Cheese enthusiasts can also discover this magnificent wine with a Comté or Beaufort cheese.

A winemaker's champagne to be shared as of today or to be aged in the cellar for a few more years!
