Description
Tasting

This André Chemin champagne is the true signature product of a family House located in the heart of the Reims mountains. It is blended from 100% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this Champagne region.

This cuvee has a concentration of 3g of sugar per liter, which makes it similar to extra-brut wines while preserving the sweetness of the brut champagnes that everyone appreciates.

Its roundness, freshness and length make it a perfect Champagne for any occasion.

Aspect: straw-yellow color with pale yellow reflections

Nose: aromas of roasted apple, white chocolate and caramel, brioche and almonds.

Palate: Rich and lively flavors of roasted apple, brioche, soft bread and bread crust with fresh acidity. Very complex with good length.

Contains sulfites

Excellent blanc de noirs, flavours of baked green apples, citrus but also brioche and butter. Very generous wine.

André Chemin champagne in a few words

The vines of this family House founded in 1948 now extend over 6.5 hectares on the Reims mountains and are exclusively classified as Premier Cru.

Eva and Sébastian are the third generation of André Chemin winegrowers, following the creation of the brand 70 years ago, under which the family markets its champagnes.

Located a few kilometers south of Reims, in the small village of Sacy, this family champagne House quietly maintains the traditions that have been developed and tested over the past 70 years.

Year after year, the André Chemin House pursues its quest for perfection through the seasons and the harvest, bringing improvements and novelties in the blends when the need arises and when their passions dictate it.
