With Stone Cold, André Chemin offers an identity cuvée from the Sacy terroir, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. A vintage cuvée made equally from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified without malolactic fermentation to preserve the wine's natural freshness.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks maintains the fruit's brilliance and the raw expression of the 2018 vintage, while the extended 5-year aging on lees refines the texture and adds complexity. The very low Extra-Brut dosage precisely highlights the wine's dry profile.

Champagne Andre Chemin

André Chemin has been a family House since its creation in 1948. It blends its champagnes in the heart of the Reims mountains.

Today, Sébastian and his wife Eva are at the head of a 6.5 hectare family estate on the Premier Cru hills of the Reims Mountain. Little has changed in 70 years in this family champagne House, which has managed to preserve its love of the vine.
