The Cuvee Prestige by André Chemin House is an intense champagne with mineral notes.
This champagne is blended with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay which come exclusively from the estate's Premier Cru vines. It is aged on lees for 3 years before disgorging. It is then left to mature for a few more months before being sold.
The Prestige Cuvee by André Chemin has a sugar content of 5.5g/l. It is somewhere on the borderline between brut and extra-brut champagnes, i.e. it is less sweet and allows the aromas to express themselves more freely.
For what occasions should it be served?
The delicate combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay makes it the perfect complement to melon-based appetizers. It also works well as a summer aperitif.
We recommend serving it with white ham or fish.
Aspect: Gold color with bright silvery yellow reflections. Generous bubbles and delicate rim
Nose: Scents of tender chalk, acacia flower, raspberry, white peach

The vines of this family House founded in 1948 now extend over 6.5 hectares on the Reims mountains and are exclusively classified as Premier Cru.
Eva and Sébastian are the third generation of André Chemin winegrowers, following the creation of the brand 70 years ago, under which the family markets its champagnes.
Located a few kilometers south of Reims, in the small village of Sacy, this family champagne House quietly maintains the traditions that have been developed and tested over the past 70 years.
Year after year, the André Chemin House pursues its quest for perfection through the seasons and the harvest, bringing improvements and novelties in the blends when the need arises and when their passions dictate it.
