It is made from a single Grand Cru plot of Pinots Noir located on the Verzy coteaux.
This wine is made with natural yeasts and is aged in oak barrels from the Vignon family's forests.

This champagne reflects its exceptional terroir, known for the quality of its black grape varieties. It combines the power of its grape variety, the delicacy of the Verzy chalky soils and the concentration due to the age of the vines.
The result is a very well-balanced wine of great finesse, enhanced by a Brut Zéro dosage.

Champagne Vignon

Stéphane Vignon is like an alien in a region that produces champagnes that are the exact opposite of his range!

This family-run house, located in Verzenay, produces rare champagnes, vinified only in parcels, all in Grand Cru, dosed in extra brut and vintage.
The wines of the house are quite simply authentic: mostly worked in barrels, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration, and chaptalization, if nature allows it, is not sought after.

The Vignon house is a straightforward, terroir-based champagne for all lovers of gastronomy!
