It is made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Verzy terroir, a municipality usually renowned for its exceptional Pinot Noir. Stéphane Vignon thus offers you an unexpected cuvée with this 100% Chardonnay .
This wine is made with natural yeasts and elaborated in oak barrels from the Vignon family's forests. It was dosed in Brut Nature (0 g/L).
This Blanc de blancs has all the qualities that make 100% Chardonnay so successful: a delicate nose of flowers, citrus fruits (peach, nectarine, pear) and a saline tonicity.

Champagne Vignon

Stéphane Vignon is like an alien in a region that produces champagnes that are the exact opposite of his range!

This family-run house, located in Verzenay, produces rare champagnes, vinified only in parcels, all in Grand Cru, dosed in extra brut and vintage.
The wines of the house are quite simply authentic: mostly worked in barrels, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration, and chaptalization, if nature allows it, is not sought after.

The Vignon house is a straightforward, terroir-based champagne for all lovers of gastronomy!
