This Grand Cru from the Montagne de Reims is a gourmet champagne.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Grand Cru.
This wine is worked only with natural yeasts. It is produced partially in enamelled steel vats (to preserve the freshness of the aromas) and in oak barrels from the Champagne forests (for the structure).

It is a wine of balance, between a racy and ample body, ripe and elegant aromas, an underlying minerality and a low dosage which allows the character of this champagne to express itself.

Champagne Vignon

Stéphane Vignon is like an alien in a region that produces champagnes that are the exact opposite of his range!

This family-run house, located in Verzenay, produces rare champagnes, vinified only in parcels, all in Grand Cru, dosed in extra brut and vintage.
The wines of the house are quite simply authentic: mostly worked in barrels, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration, and chaptalization, if nature allows it, is not sought after.

The Vignon house is a straightforward, terroir-based champagne for all lovers of gastronomy!
