It is made from Grand Cru Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
This wine is made using only natural yeasts. It is partly made in enamelled steel vats (to preserve the freshness of the aromas) and in oak barrels from the Champagne forests (for structure).
It is a frank and expressive wine. Its extra Brut dosage underlines its ripe fruit aromas (peach, apple, pear, apricot and grape).

Champagne Vignon

Stéphane Vignon is like an alien in a region that produces champagnes that are the exact opposite of his range!

This family-run house, located in Verzenay, produces rare champagnes, vinified only in parcels, all in Grand Cru, dosed in extra brut and vintage.
The wines of the house are quite simply authentic: mostly worked in barrels, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration, and chaptalization, if nature allows it, is not sought after.

The Vignon house is a straightforward, terroir-based champagne for all lovers of gastronomy!
