This vintage Blanc de Noirs is a powerful and complex champagne.

This champagne is made using natural yeasts and elaborated in oak barrels from Verzenay.
It is aged in the purest Champagne tradition, for 9 months with bâtonnage, without fining, filtration or malolactic fermentation. If winter conditions allow it, the wine is chilled naturally.

The result is a powerful and surprising champagne.
A true tasting wine, it is savoured slowly. The aromas of this champagne are revealed gradually as the temperature changes and the champagne is oxygenated. The finish offers surprisingly complex aromas.

Champagne Vignon

Stéphane Vignon is like an alien in a region that produces champagnes that are the exact opposite of his range!

This family-run house, located in Verzenay, produces rare champagnes, vinified only in parcels, all in Grand Cru, dosed in extra brut and vintage.
The wines of the house are quite simply authentic: mostly worked in barrels, with natural yeasts, without fining or filtration, and chaptalization, if nature allows it, is not sought after.

The Vignon house is a straightforward, terroir-based champagne for all lovers of gastronomy!
