Rosé de Caroline is a Premier Cru blend rosé, crafted from two expressive Champagne villages:
Cuis, in the Côte des Blancs, contributes fresh, chalky Chardonnay,
Cumières, in the Vallée de la Marne, brings a fruit-forward Pinot Noir, vinified as red wine.

The result is a perfectly balanced rosé: 85% Chardonnay for freshness and tension, 15% Pinot Noir for roundness and red fruit aromatics. After 3 years on the lees and an Extra Brut dosage of 4.5 g/L, the wine reveals a clean, elegant profile, ready to shine at various occasions.

With its fresh red fruit, smooth texture and lovely energy, Rosé de Caroline is ideal as an apéritif or paired with desserts, soft cheeses or lightly spiced dishes.
