Grand Éclat brings together two expressive terroirs from Champagne:

Cuis, in the Côte des Blancs, known for its chalky soils and Chardonnay-driven freshness,

and Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir gains structure and aromatic complexity.

This 60/40 blend is vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, then aged for 3 years on the lees for texture and balance. A precise Extra Brut dosage of 4.5 g/L completes the profile.

In the glass, Grand Éclat shows ripe fruit, soft citrus, and a hint of chalk. It’s a harmonious and full-bodied Champagne, ideal for apéritif or at the table with poultry, white meat or mildly spiced dishes.
