A racy and expressive Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs, combining tension, finesse and depth.

This cuvée is crafted exclusively from Verzy, one of the 17 Champagne villages classified as Grand Cru, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Here, Pinot Noir expresses itself with precision and elegance, marked by its natural tension and aromatic subtlety.

The clay-limestone soils of Verzy give the wine its vibrant mineral profile, fine bubbles and a delicate aromatic structure. 30% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, 70% in stainless steel, and the blend is matured 3 years on the lees to refine its texture and bring depth. The Extra Brut dosage (4.5 g/L) sharpens the balance while preserving purity.

The result is a Blanc de Noirs that’s taut and expressive, revealing delicate notes of citrus peel, red fruit, and floral hints. A Champagne for connoisseurs of finely structured Grand Crus - ideal with poultry, roasted fish, or mushroom dishes.
