The Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Thierry Bourmault is a Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in Cuis, in the northern Côte des Blancs. This pure chalk terroir is known for producing Chardonnay with tense structure, citrus notes and saline energy.

Grapes are harvested at full maturity, then vinified in stainless steel vats, with no oak contact. The wine is aged for over 3 years on the lees, which polishes its texture while preserving its liveliness. The Extra Brut dosage (1 g/L) sharpens the wine’s precision without masking the terroir.
