Silver Class is a Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru crafted from the village of Cuis, in the northern Côte des Blancs. This Premier Cru terroir, rooted in Campanian chalk, produces Chardonnay with sharp acidity, citrus aromas, and a linear mineral profile.

Here, the style takes a subtle detour: 30% of the wine is aged in oak foudre, 30% in stainless steel, and 40% comes from reserve wines, giving the wine roundness and a light touch of maturity. After three years on the lees, Silver Class achieves a well-balanced mouthfeel, lifted by an Extra Brut dosage of 4.5 g/L.

Compared to a broader Grand Cru like Chouilly or a more austere Avize, Silver Class embraces its chalky classicism, but with a softer, more immediate style, ideal for apéritif or seafood.
