The Demi-Sec cuvée from Michel Henriet comes from the Grand Cru terroir of Verzenay, using the same blend as the Tradition cuvée. It is distinguished by its more generous dosage, which gives it a smoother texture, a rounder sensation, yet never masks the wine's natural freshness.

The majority Pinot Noir provides its structure and ripe fruit aromas, while the Chardonnay balances the whole with a fine tension. The result is a champagne with controlled softness, featuring aromas of peach, candied apricot, roasted apple, and a slightly licorice finish.
